Hi,

I have a large spreadsheet containing some personal details, such as date of employment (in column J in sheet "Utdata").
And furthermore I have a control panel (in sheet "Kontrollpanel") where I can set a date in cell B1.

I would like to show a list that is in the previous month in the following years: 0, -1, -2, -4, -6, -8 and -12.

Example:
I enter the date 10.04.2018 (April 10th 2018) in the control panel.
Then I would like to list the entries in the sheet "Utdata" where the date (in column J) is March 2018, March 2017, 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010 or 2006.

This is for due to seniority ranking and salary adjustment.

Anyone got a tip on how to start?
