I have a workbook on a public drive

What i would like to do is put a routine in the document which prevents people

* Copying the file
* Deleting the file
* Renaming the file

Is this possible?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You cannot do this in the document. You have to do this using the security permissions on the network. ie they must have read only rights

Is there a macro to keep a log of this information such as:

> when deleted, who deleted worrbook etc etc??

Again you cannot keep a log of this in the workbook. However your network admin should have this data
