I have spent 10 years looking for a shortcut to pull up the FILL COLOR PALETTE. I found it about three months ago and I set it up. I don't remember whether I set it up with System Preferences (I have a Mac) or with the built-in keyboard shortcut tool in Excel > Tools. I had to reinstall Excel and now I don't know how to create it again. I have no idea how I did it but I know it's possible.

I just spent 3 hourst trying and it has been a complete waste of time.

Would anyone know how to do it?

Here's the picture of the color popup frame I want to pull up using a keyboard shortcut and not the mouse.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
I am looking for the MAC shortcut to open color Palette. Would you or anyone know how to do that?

Thanks

Is it not command shift C (haven't got a mac in front of me to test)?

I am familiar with that shortcut but all that does is apply whatever fill-color is already selected. It does not open the color palette. Anyone else?
