Good Morning all,

I have been trying to understand a formula which can be used which is providing a result for Forecasted Agents and Forecasted Agents with shrinkage

Has anyone ever came across this before? - I have used an erling calculation but this calculation is incorrect due to the low volumes. The system we are using generates this attached numbers for Forecasted agents but I just cannot figure out the formula.

Thanks,
Gary

If you want to forecast simply select two values and drag down , Excel will automatically apply forecasting science in seconds.

The question is more that the system we are using is generating the result in Line 21 and 22. I believe is is using the information between cells 8 and 20.

I am trying to understand what the manual calculation would be to provide the same result as lines 21 and 22 (if this is possible)
