Hello,
I need someone to help me to find the best and fastest way to align data in Excel Sheet.

1) I have the names in column A fixed and always in the same order.
2) I have the same names in column C but their order changes all the time.
3) I have budgets in column D that each number is associated with a name in column C.
4) Copy/paste the names and numbers in columns C and D and they are always in the right order. What I mean that the number in D4 is aligned with the correct name in C4.
5) I need a way to align the name in column C (with its associated number in D) with the same name in column A.

I need to do the alignment without any formula. Please keep in mind that I use Office 365 for Mac.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
