Aligning rows with columns

Below is an example of the problem I am having. Need to get part number/description in line will below work orders. to create Pivot table report??
Two examples below.

ELD-M0028-0002 SILO - 48" 6PT SNOWFLAKE SILHOUETTE
WO # 63:001		100​	ea	100​
	Totals:	100​	ea	100​
ELD-M0029-0044-2 SILO - 48" ORNAMENT - SNOWFLAKE
WO # 67:001		25​	ea	25​
	Totals:	25​	ea	25​

ELD-CON-SUPP-005 - ZIP-TIES-MINITURE 7.87"/200MM (PACK OF 1000)
WO # 121:001		1​	ea
WO # 121:002		1​	ea
WO # 121:003		1​	ea
WO # 121:004		1​	ea

The way I would do this is...let's say your first part number description starts in B2.

In Cell A2 try this:

=IF(LEFT($B2,2)="WO",$A1,$B2)

And then drag it down.

Thank you. Partly works. I actually have large sheet with Description column B and then all w/o's below and then space and repeat of above. See example:

	ELD-CON-SUPP-002 - ZIP-TIES 8" - WHITE
	WO # 131:001
	WO # 158:001
	ELD-CON-SUPP-005 - ZIP-TIES-MINITURE 7.87"/200MM (PACK OF 1000)

Are you able to put it through Power Query?

I may. Have never used this option. Use to writing query in AS400 or Access. Trying to get Access set up on my computer.
