All graphs in a workbook disappeared, and won't let me make new graphs...

I have a database that I've been updating daily, and last night all of my graphs in it suddenly disappeared while I was updating it. I'm not sure what it is that I did, but it lots of "insert" functions have been also disabled (like pictures, clip art, graphs, etc.).

Any idea what's going on and how to fix it?
