All possible pairs from sample

Hi guys, have problems with getting a formula for the following
I have a list of names and I want to get 2 lines where name 1 in line 1 would be matched with all the rest names in line 2, then name 2 in line 1 would be matched with all the other names in line 2 except for name 1, and so on....
basically it woulg make all possible pairs in 2 lines
it would look like:
