Hello,..
I recently added some option buttons (radio buttons) using the Forms Toolbox (mainly because using the ones in the control toolbox are too difficult for me) and after placing all six buttons on the sheet, I soon realized that I needed it to allow the user to select more than one button option. These buttons do NOT feed any other form or other data, but simply stand alone and will be printed off. How do I get the buttons to allow more than one selection? As it is now,....if you click one and then click another,...the previous one becomes unchecked.

I created these buttons simply by creating the first one and then copying it 5 more times and simply renamed them.

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
If you need to allow more than 1 option, using checkboxes would be a lot easier (plus, that's what they're for). :)

Could be wrong, but option dont allow you to pick multiple 'options'.
What you need are check boxes.
