allow seing columns on protected sheets macro

Hi i have a a protected sheet where i want people to be able to use macros and it should allow them to sort, filter and close open columns as the Pictures shows

I have made this piece of code.

ThisWorkbook.Sheets("sheet1").protect "aaaa", AllowFiltering:=True, AllowSorting:=True

Sorting is not working and i dont know how to hide and unhide the cloumns

can anyone help
