I am having trouble Alphabetizing a list consisting of about 750 rows and 8 columns. There are six rows containing information regarding information about a student. There is a row between each of the sudents information. On the last page I have Formulas to calculate the results. The spread sheet is working fine aside from not being able to Alphabetize. I need help, thank you in advance.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi - welcome to the board!

'Alphabetize' - meaning sort alphabetically, I assume??

What, exactly, are the problems with the methods you've used so far?

When I use the sort by option I get a message " The operation requires the merged cells to be identically sized". When I try top to botton or left to right data is out of order. I have a row seprating each of the six rows containing each student's information. I can email you a sample sheet if it will help. Low-Joe.
