I'm sure this will be childs play for you lot.. :)

if you have more than one spreadsheet open you can usually click alt and tab to flick between them both.. but then sometimes you can't.

And today i can't.. have I pressed something to prevent it ? :confused: I have to keep using window then choosing the spreadsheet which is taking ages and very irritating.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Sounds like you've turned off Windows in Taskbar somehow.

Goto Tools>Options and turn it back on in the View tab.

Note ALT+TAB isn't just for moving between worksheets, it's to move between windows.
