Is there a way in Excel (other than writing a Macro), to modify the Shortcut keys in Excel? Specifically, when I hit Shift+Ctrl+5 (to format a cell in Percent), the default is 0 decimal places. Instead, I need 2 decimal places. Is there a way to change the shortcut key to make this possible?
