Hi

I have a folder (called current) that has 5 files in it . They are called week 1,2,3,4 and summary. All the data thats in weeks 1-4 is linked via copy and paste link into summary.

Once a month I need to save that folder into a new location and when doing that I need it to ask me what the file name is going to be before moving.
Afterwards I need a new set of files put in to the file called current and links be reinstated.

Is there any I can easily do that.

Thanks
