Am I missing something in my Formula

I am creating a spreadsheet to track a monthly absent rate between 5 different teams. Employee numbers range from 35-17 and average monthly work days range from 14-19 per team.

I take the number of employees and multiply it by the number of days that the team is scheduled to work. I take the number of days that employees have called in and divide it by the total days and multiply by 100%.
=(sick days/total days)*100%

My question is, should I consider another piece to this to address the difference in employee numbers and total workdays each month or is the formula sufficient to compare performance between the teams?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Yes, more is needed. The smaller the team, and the less days it works, the greater percentage a single absence makes. A team of two who works 1 day has one of the members away and their rate is 50% but you have only lost the work of one person for one day. A team of 50 that works 5 days has 5 people away for 5 days and their rate is 10% yet you have lost 25 days of work. The percentage alone is not a good comparison between teams. Hours/days lost in tandem with the percentage seems to give a more complete picture.
