Analysing Wetness of Different Types of Soil

Am struggling to find out how to create a chart which analyses the moisture content (range Dry 0% through to Wet 100%) against soil types: Sand (Range 0 to 10) Sand Loam (Range 10 to 20), Loam (Range 20 to 30), Silt Loam (Range 30 to 40), Clay Loam (Range 40 to 50), Clay (Range 50 to 60)

Any ideas please would really be greatly appreciated.
