Anchor the position of comments

Hi Everyone

Im am entering comments into a number of field and when I pass the cursor over the cells the comments always appear to the right of the cell.

Is it possible to anchor the comments some how so that I may have them appear to the left or above.

I ask this because I wish to restrict the area that the users are able to see

Hi there

By accident really I've found that when you create a new comment you can drag it to where you want then do any formating you want with it.

I have used the comments to display a picture rather than a comment.

It only seems to work when your creating a comment you cant re align one during edit.
