Animate logo in toolbar on calculate

Hello - I've seen the bit on inserting an animated graphic on a form...and I've physically seen what I would like to do done before...but I have not seen how to do this:

Embed a logo into the Excel toolbar that animates while Excel is calculating. Like Internet Explorer.

Any advice? All thoughts appreciated! Thanks!
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
