I am using the below formula.

=IF(A8="","",COUNTIFS(DATA!F:F,$A8,DATA!$AA:$AA,"Success")/COUNTIF(DATA!F:F,$A8))

The cell A8 is a driver number and if no driver is entered I would like it to end the formula. If a driver is present then it counts the data based on the driver number. Now if the driver is filled out, but had no data to present that is where I am getting the DIV/0 error. How do I get it to display either nothing or a 0 if he has no data for that particular day? Thanks

Which version of XL are you using?

In XL2007 we can use the IFERROR function

=IFERROR(IF(A8="","",COUNTIFS(DATA!F:F,$A8,DATA!$AA:$AA,"Success")/COUNTIF(DATA!F:F,$A8)),"")
