Another Index Match question (I think)

My worksheet has 3 columns. A person, a date and a rating (1 to 5). People may have various number of ratings and the data are sorted by ID and date. I need to find and keep any records for a person that are after the most recent rating >3. Any help is appreciated.

Concerning posting spreadsheets, have a look at http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/board-announcements/127080-guidelines-forum-use.html. At the end there is a section "Posting aids" with a number of tools which make it possible. Choose one you like.
