Another Look up question - possbily array

I have a sheet with a list of items


Item 1
Item 2
Item 3

In a seperate sheet(Items) in have a number of columns (E2:Q4) where that "item" may appear (it will only be once in a row, but may appear on more than one row). I need a forumla to look up the item and return the corresponding row header.
