Any vba code to protect sheet from copying or creating a shortcut

HI guys

Firstly i am saying thanks to everyone in the forum, am glad to say my joining the forum has helped me a lot learning and improving on my skills on excel, a big thanks to you guys all.

My Question 1: is there any VBA code to protect my sheet so no one can copy or create a shortcut from a share folder.,
Question 2: is there any VBA that enable to edit and save but they wont be able to create a shortcut or copy or save in anywhere except in same folder sheet is.

If there any, I will be glad with a solution with the VBA code or any better from mine.

Excel Facts

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
this migh help with the first question, but you will need to disable it after Link

As for the second, you might be able to do it via the File properties , not 100% sure , right click the file and look at properties and advance properties
