Any VBA to make Print Title can contain non-adjacent rows?

I understand that Excel does not allow Print Title containing non-adjacent rows. However, just wondering if any VBA can make it happen? i.e. allow Print Title containing non-adjacent rows.

For example, I want to print $1:$13$ for page 1 and then print $1:$2,$12:$13 for page 2, 3, 4 ... to the end. Is this possible?

Appreciate any comments.
