Anyone have a TSP program in excel or macro

I am looking to solve a Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) 2-opt in excel if possible. Does anyone have a program, template, macro there willing to share?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Thanks! Came across this above website earlier but this time sent me searching in the right direction. Found a program within Excel.
