Set the value of cell in column C on Sheet 1 to the product of cells in columns A and B in the same row, when values for A and B are entered.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I'm not sure how to go about doing that.. This is off of a Word Assignment I have to complete and that is all that is given in the question.

it means if the value of column a is 1 and the column b is 2 then the column c should be multiply the a and b.. it's that what you need?
