Anyway to extract macros from a workbook?

I have a workbook that has become corrupted. Each time I open the file it instantly crashes (not due to macros). Is there anyway to somehow extract the macros from the workbook or am I SOL?

I was able to extract the data by using Access so I'm not concerned about the content. I am concerned about the codes I have written.
 

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
