Apostrophe's being replaced with wierd Square

Hello all, I have a massive report (the data is pulled from another dept that I believe uses SAS or SQL) that I can't figure out how to properly format in some fields an apostrophe is being replaced with - a square . When I do find and replace, the square doesn't show up, however, I can filter on it. Does anyone know how to replace the square with an apostrophe?

Had to edit the post because the actual square that I copy/pasted didnt even show up here. When I double-click the square, it displays as a square with a question mark inside of it.

Is the square the first character in the cell?
If not where in the cell does it appear?

Nevernmind, I was able to fix it using the substitute formula for char "26."

It was appearing in place of apostrophe's.

Ex: Customer's would have the square between the r and the s.
