Maybe this is easy, but I can't figure it out.

I have conditional formatting in my sheet that applies to several different ranges of cells.
I want to edit one of the ranges.
When I go to manage the rule, I get to the "applies to" area and the box is small, so I click the little icon to enlarge it.

Yes it is now bigger, but the ranges that are in it are still longer than the displayed box.

How can I scroll within this box to get to the end range?

The ranges are all highlighted with dashed lines, but I can't grab and drag them.

I can move within and edit the visible area by positioning the curser with the mouse, but if you use an arrow key it screws up the entire thing as it is now referencing cells in the spreadsheet.

I can't stretch the box as it seems fixed in size.

I am frustrated, I do not want to delete the rule and recreate again just to make one small change.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
if you click in the box, hold the mouse down and then drag accross you should be able to select all the ranges in the box?

you can then copy and paste into a cell to check?

Once you have clicked into the box, press f2. You should then be able to use the arrow keys to navigate.
