Hello,
Was wondering if any of you lovely people can help me out at all. I have a workbook which I use for scheduling purposes; Sheet1 is Sunday, Sheet2 is Monday etc. Each sheet is set up like this:

When a colleague is on holiday for the entire week I use the find all function under the edit menu and search for their name, e.g Smith Scott. When the results are returned I click on each one in turn and select the row it appears in and apply the strike-through effect. I also write Holiday in the Notes column.
I was wondering if there was a process I could use to find every instance where a specified name appears in a workbook, apply the strike-through effect to the row it appears in and insert 'Holiday' in the Notes column instead of doing it manually one by one?
