Here is what I have that works fine:
Code:
NotMarked = Application.WorksheetFunction.CountIfs(Range("G6:G20000"), "Awaiting Approval", Range("D6:D20000"), "Routine")
Worksheets("Sheet1").TextBox1.Value = NotMarked & " Tests"

What I want is for this to count all records that not only meet these criteria, but not just 'Awaiting Approval' in column G but also 'First Call', 'Second Call'.

I ran into this a little while back... youre going to bang your head against the wall trying to get an "OR" operator to work with sumifs... soinstead you can just add three different sumifs statements together, each one looking at awaiting approval, first call, and second call respectively.
