Hi guys,

I am writing some code and one of the tasks I have to do is to see if in a cell the first 6 characters are "Do Not" and if they are to delete the whole row.

The thing is I cannot think of a method to see if the first 6 characters are "do not", the deleting is the easy part.

Any suggestions?

Hi. Try like this

Code:
If Left(Range("A" & i).Value, 6) = "Do Not" Then Rows(i).Delete
