Hello all,

My last 2 arrays: I want to count all my above criteria if Data Page'!Y4:Y11822 is 100 or more but less than 149.

How can I do that?

Thanks for the help, but its not working...

Excel propose a correction(eliminating the commas for the last 2 arrays...

Anything else?
