Arrow keys move entire page instead of individual cells

Hello,

All of a sudden, when I click on an arrow to move from cell to cell it moves the whole page instead. I can't figure it out. Please help. It's really ticking me off. LOL

I guess you accidentally have pressed the scroll lock button
make sure it is off
