What I need to do is super simple.

I have data (words) running down columns, which I need to copy then paste across a rows.

Presumably, I need to Paste Special - Transform. I was able to do that one time, yesterday.

Since then, the arrow usually next to Paste Special, is not there, so I cannot paste special - transformed across a row.

Is there a way to get the Paste Special Arrow, so I'll be able to Transform this text across rows, again?

*I tried:
1. restarting PC,
2. restarting Excel,
3. closing all browser windows (earlier for this attempt),
4. I did NOT go to File - Options - Advanced - Reset all Customizations, in an effort to find the Paste Special arrow again [because I would not know how to make the toolbar customizations standard again, afterward].

Thanks so much!!

I was able to do this yesterday, though the arrow which has appeared next to Paste Special allowing me to Transform

Shoot, I love shortcuts! Though I don't see Transpose when I do that, only:
Microsoft Word Document Object
Picture (Enhanced Metafile)
HTML
Unicode Text
Text
Hyperlink

I've no idea, but if you just hit the Alt key, the ribbon should show the shortcuts for the tabs, select one of those & the shortcuts for the options appear.
