A friend has been emailing an excel spreadsheet while having the spreadsheet open by going to File > Send To > Email Recipient > As An Attachment.

He has one of the newer versions of Excel, but now he has lost his option of emailing it "As An Attachment" while having his spreadsheet open.

He can "right click" on it as an icon while it is closed, and email it "as an attachment" that way.

He still has the other options of sending it, but only lost this one option. We made sure he was seeing all the options, and made sure none of them were hidden.

Any tips on getting this option back?
