ASAP Utilities Put Together Rows or Columns from Several Sheets Question

I am trying to combine multiple sheets into one master sheet. The "Put Together Rows or Columns from Several Sheets" states that it will Put side by side or below each other. I would like to use the below each other option but I can't find a way to do it. Does anyone know how to stack the sheets using this utility?
