Hi Excel Geniuses,

I want to be able to assign a name to a group of objects on a worksheet. I have multiple worksheets with various buttons and text boxes, which I have assigned names. However I want to be able to group several of these objects together (I know how to do that) and then assign a name to this group.

Is this possible? There doesn't seem to be an option to do it through the excel options, so wondered if anyone knew any other way of doing it.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Once you select and group them, you should be able to just type a new name in the Name box to the left of the formula bar.
