Hello all ... first off thank you for you assistance.

I know I can approach this with an nested if statement but I've tried and it does not return the data correctly of if a pivot table would

Here is my dilema ... I work with a Point of Sales unit and all of our data can be exported to an excel sheet.

I am trying to validate data and find the inconsistencies throughout my other locations.

I have one workbook with 14 tabs and 11 Columns.

I want to know if there is a way to validate if the values in Cell A2 match across all the tabs and be able to do this for any column from a-m .

Hope this makes sense.....

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
