At each change in data find the highest number and flag Y/N

I am looking for a Max formula that would flag if the item is the Max number for its kind.
See below example:

Book1
	A	B	C
1	Fruit	Amount	Highest number Y/N
2	Apple	10	N
3	Orange	2	N
4	Grapes	5	Y
5	Lemon	7	N
6	Orange	9	Y
7	Lemon	12	Y
8	Lemon	5	N
9	Apple	25	Y
Sheet1

This is probably easy but I am coming up empty atm.
