Athletics Track and Field Meet Manager

Hi,
I am not a professional programmer but I wanted to develop a complete solution for running a Athletics Track and Field Meet.

But before that I just want to know if any one in this forum has already developed that kind of solution in Ms. Excel and kind enough to share with me so that I don't have to develop a fresh one from the start

It will probably need to be built to suit your needs, do you have an idea of what you require or your end goal?

All things being equal, I think I would opt to use Microsoft Access for this sort of thing, as what you are really trying to build is a relational database.
Of course, if you don't have Access, or are not proficient at creating databases with it, it might not be a viable option for you.
