attach dialogue box

Hi to Everyone,
I want to show dialogue box when i am working with excel 2007 but i am unable to attached herewith such dialogue box, can someone tell me how to attach dialogue box so that i can ask my querry based on such dialogue box

What kind of dialog box do you need? Open file, open folder?

Actually i have taken dump from SAP to excel when i want to save such dump in excel i have received one dialogue box from ms excel that the d-box i want to attach because of such dialogue box i can't save such file i don't know which sort of such dialogue box
