Can i create a drop down list of links on a spreadsheet because i need to be able to, for example, select a title of a cd from the list which will then provide a link to an attached word document of its details.I then need to be able to send this spreadsheet as an email with the attached document.Help!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
You need to create your list (don't bother to make them hyperlinks). Use a combo box and link it to a cell - so whatever is selected appears in a cell. Then have another cell that is visible to the user that then creates the hyperlink....

e.g you pick CD - "Parachutes" and link the box to cell G8

In G8 you then get "Parachutes"

In say A4 you have a formula:

=HYPERLINK(G8 & ".doc","CLICK HERE TO GET MORE DETAIL ON YOUR CHOICE")

For the email - use G8 & ".doc" to attach the file.
