Auditing

Hi, i'm running a msaccess database whereby users need to login with a username and password. I want to track the users activity, ie, what records (fields) have been changed, updated, etc. No delete must be possible except for the administrator.
Users also sell products but at this stage i cannot report on product sales per user.
Anyone who can assist me with an auditing fuction or let me know what i need to do to add this functionality? Thanks

You can set things behind forms to track what has been edited etc, there are a number of samples on the web you can download and work with.
