Auto calculate

I have thirty dates in row 2, column B-AF. The dates include Saturdays and Sunday. In row 3 are numbers. I am trying to auto calculate the scores for the following in row 3: (1) score BUSINESS day and (2) MTD. Maybe I need more coffee, but looking for a little assistance please. Any thoughts?
