auto calculating sheet help

Dear Community,


I want to know that how can i create a sheet like exame test.


I just go to a test and they give me a sheet of one paper containing MCQs.which have 4 boxes and i need to fill one correct box.
They ask me to fill completely however, the checking machine detect your answer smoothly.


I want to know that what the proceedure to create like this paper? and can i use my scanner as a calculating machine? what things i needed to do this? can i create a sheet on excel also?
