Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with a function to display the correct day of the week, and for each new day of the week I would like the previous days data, but not titles, to be cleared. How can I done this?

Any help would be great.

Cheers.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

Welcome to the Mr Excel board!

It would be helpful if we knew a bit more about the data, formulas and layout of the sheet. I suggest that you investigate showing a small sample of your sheet on the board.

To do so, see the link at the bottom of this page to Colo's HTML Maker. Also read the ‘Sticky’ titled: 'HTML Maker FAQ (How to show your sheet on the board)' which is at the top of this ‘Excel Questions’ forum. Test it out in the ‘Test Here’ forum which is found in the ‘MrExcel Message Board Forum Index’ before trying to use it in this forum.

Where, when and how does this function dispaly the 'correct' day of the week?
for each new day of the week
Is this entered manually?, the result of a formula?, inserted by a macro? etc
