Auto color based on another cell color

Hello, I am stumped and looking for assistance as I am not the greatest at Excel.

The box on the left side has conditional formatting colors based on the value of the numbers. The box on the right is only letters.

I am looking to always have the cell color in the box on the right, to be the same as the box on the left (based on those conditional formats).

The data on both sides can change, but as long as the coloring is exactly the same on both sides then my work will be complete. Does anyone know the best way for me to edit the cell color on the right side to change and basically always clone those on the left?

add another conditional formatting rule, with the same rule

So select K2:Q11

then add the rules

What rules are you using for the colours in B to H ?

lets say dark green is if B2 is greater or equal to 20%
that would be B2>=0.2

for 2007, 2010 , 2013 , 2016 , 2019 or 365 Subscription excel version
Conditional Formatting

Highlight applicable range >>
K2:Q11

Home Tab >> Styles >> Conditional Formatting
New Rule >> Use a formula to determine which cells to format
Edit the Rule Description: Format values where this formula is true:
=B2 > = 0.2

Format [Number, Font, Border, Fill] Format fill Dark Green
choose the format you would like to apply when the condition is true
OK >> OK

Repeat for all the other colours

Otherwise you will have to use VBA , not my area

Yes! This worked!

I will add that I did have to include in the formula to format if a number is between. An example I used was =AND(B2>=.1,B2<=0.2).

Now when the values and colors change on one side, the other automatically does exactly the same as well.

I'm glad too also avoid VBA. Thanks much!
