Auto divided

I hope you can help.
I have the averages in column J that are calculated from the values in C,D and E but if one is blank it needs to be divided by one or two automatically instead of changing it manually in column J.
For example column C and D have a value but E is empty so C and D are totaled and divided by two. Is their a formula that can do that auto matically?

Try the AVERAGE function.

=average(c12:e12)
