Auto Email table from filtered results in excel

Hi,

I am trying to develop a macro in where auto emails are generated and sent from certain filtered scenarios. This data is over 1500 rows long, so i am hoping that rather then individual emails it consolidates per the manager email. I have listed some scenarios and expected outcomes below.

Scenarios
- If Manager Approved Column is Blank - Email supervisor email in column5
- If Manager Approved is Not blank - No Action Required
- if column6 states "Do Not Email" - No Action Required
- If column2 is blank - email employee email (column4) + cc manager email
