This is my first time using this so forgive me if it is not clear enough.
My Spreadsheet has formulas in Columns : "Amount Due", "# Due", "Paid", and "Balance" When I put the "Due" figure in "Returned" it puts the "amount Due" figure in "Pad" and the "Balance" figure goes away, I then enter the date and payment method. What I would like to happen is that when I enter the figure in "Returned" and the "Balance" is cleared I would like to offset to "Date" and enter todays date, and then offset to "Method" and enter "Cash".

I have been using "Intersect" with " Range" and "Target.Row" and the column # for the "Balance" column but no luck.

Thanks for your help

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
It is hard to work with a picture. It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshot (not a picture) of your sheet including formulas. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary).
